Thank you for visiting my home page. I am crazy extension hair specialist TAKI.

本名は滝口雅裕（たきぐちまさひろ）ですが、

 

『エクステと言えば？』

『エクステ？…そりゃエクステ馬鹿のＴＡＫＩだよ！』

と、誰もが答えるほど世界中で活躍する目標があるので、あえて外国人でも覚えやすいように+笑+『ＴＡＫＩ』と名乗っています☆

 

My real name is Masahiro Takiguchi. I aim to move in the whole world. So I thought "TAKI" is easy to remember for foreigner. For example, 

"Hey, speaking of hair extension?"

"It's TAKI !!!" 

That's my goal. 

僕の仕事は【エクステで、ひとりでも多くの女性を美しく幸せなロングヘアー美人として輝かせること、

そして、

エクステで世界中に幸せの輪を広め、人々の幸せに貢献すること】です☆


My job is making long hair women with hair extension. And I want them to be happy. 

I want to contribute people's happiness.

Well, what is TAKI's special hair extension?

それは11年前。

成人式を翌日に控えた少女が「エクステをつけたい」とご来店。

しかし少女の髪はストレス性脱毛で1/3が抜け落ちてしまった状態。

これは無理だ！お断りしよう…







About 11 years ago. 

One of girl came to my salon and said "Want to try hair extension" And she wants to go to grown up ceremony the next day.

But a girl is alopecia. She lost a third of her hair. And I thought "I can't do it. I should decline."










「どこのお店でもお断りされてしまって…でも明日は絶対、着物着て日本髪で友達と一緒に成人式出たいんです！」

ワラをもすがる想いで訪ねてくれた少女。

「僕に任せてください！」







She said, "Many shops declined. But I want to wear KIMONO and want to do Japanese hair style and go to grown up ceremony with my friends.!" I thought I am a

last mainstay for her. And I said, " Depend on me !"










丸１日がかりで完成！

脱毛部分も見えない！

少女と一緒に号泣して喜ぶ！

「僕は今まで美容師としてカットやパーマ、カラーリングでこんなにお客様を感動させたことがない！エクステこそ僕の天職だ！」

「仕事の喜びってお金じゃないんだ！お客様が幸せになって、喜んでくれた笑顔を見ることなんだ！」

その日から始まった『お客様が本当に喜んでいただける伝説のエクステ』を追求するストーリーは、まさにイバラの道であった☆







I needed one clear day to finish.

Nobody see that part. And I've cried with that girl. I am a hairdresser. So I did haircut, perm, color, until now. But nobody moved like this. Hair extension is my vocation. Job's pleasure is not moneymaking. I just want them to be happy and want to see their smile !! And started my special hair extension story. And it was difficult way.

エクステには様々なつけ方がある。

編み込まない超音波エクステやシール・エクステは油分や引っ張る力に弱く取れやすい。

編み込みでも三つ編みは取れやすい。







My mad challenge. 




There are many ways to how to do extension hair.

Supersonic wave extension hair.

Seal extension hair is weak for oil. Three braids is weak too. 










四つ編み（クロス編み）こそエクステの王道。

だが、クロス編みは１本のエクステを２人の技術者が共同で編む技法。

フリーの美容師になったＴＡＫＩさんは１人で編まなければならない。

２人がかりで編むものを１人でどうやって編むんだ？

しかしこれができなければ『伝説のエクステ』は夢のまた夢。

毎晩、仕事が終わってから猛練習の日々。

２人で編むものを１人で編むので、日常生活では有り得ない指の動き！

１人では、まともに編めたものではない。

もともと肌が弱く手荒れがひどい。

指から血を流しながらも夢を信じて練習に励んだ。

１年後、１人でクロス編みができるようになっていた！







Four braids(cross braids) is royal road for hair extension.

But cross braids needs two people. Two technician have to braid together. But I am free hairdresser. So I have to do everything by myself. So I thought " How should I do?" But if I can't do it ,my dream is just dream. 

So I practiced every night after work. But it was impossible finger movement. So I couldn't do it. Originally my skin is very weak.

But I believe my dream and practiced everyday , and a year later, I could do it !!

エクステの技術レベルがあまりにも低い他店の現状に驚き、他店でエクステ失敗されたお客様を材料費のみで直してさしあげる企画『エクステ110番』を開始!

お客様から感謝される反面、某エクステ専門店から非難、中傷、いやがらせを受ける!







My second challenge.




I was surprised other shop's low quality. So I started project "Emergency call of hair extension" I mean I play over hair extension for failed other shop's customer. Many people appreciated for me but the other side of the coin is that, accusation, slander. Many shops harass me.







エクステ１本◯◯円の料金設定ではお客様は理想のヘアースタイルにするための料金がいくらかかるのか判らない。

まるで寿司屋の勘定だ。

そこで『制限無しのエクステ定額制』を導入。 

同業者からは「商売成り立つはずがない。」と笑われる。







If you think "I want to be that hairstyle" but "How much is the cost to be that hairstyle?" it's like bill of Sushi shop. So I started "fixed sum" for hair extension. And everybody said with laugh, "Your business doesn't make up." 




　　　　【挫折そして倒産の危機】




エクステを扱う店が増え競争が激化。

業界全体の「安売り合戦」。

安売り店にお客様が流れはじめ、売上は激減。

料金を安くするにはエクステの髪質のランクを落とさねばならない。




Failure and crisis of bankruptcy.




Hair extension specialty shops are increasing. It started sale competition. My salon's sales were decreasing sharply. Because many customers chose super cheap shops. But if I discount, I have to degrade quality of hair. 










はじめから傷んでいる髪質の悪いエクステをお客様に提供するのか？

『お客様に喜んでいただくためのエクステ』ならば、それは絶対にできない。

あくまでも適正価格を貫き、安売り店の２倍～３倍以上の料金。

ますます客足は遠のく。

倒産の危機。

「僕は世の中から必要とされていないのか？」

眠れない夜が続く。







Do I have to use low quality hair? I can't do it absolutely because I want them to be happy. I persisted a decent price. So my salon's price is two times or three times more expensive than other super sale shops. My customers were leaving more and more. "Crisis of bankruptcy" I couldn't sleep and it continued.

倒産寸前の孤独な闘いの中、心の弱さに付け込む悪魔のささやきが…

「安売りしちゃえよ。髪質のいいエクステにこだわる必要ないだろ？手を抜いて簡単に終わらせちゃえよ。どこの店だってやってることだよ。」

「もうエクステなんか儲からないよ。おまえカットやカラーリング、パーマ、何でもできる美容師なんだからエクステにこだわることないだろ？普通に美容師でいいじゃん。」

もはや限界か…







Whisper of devil.




I've heard whispering of devil. "You don't need to strain on high quality hair. You can do it with ease. Every shops do that. You can't make money if you continue hair extension. You can do anything , cut, perm, color. So you don't need to strain hair extension. You can be normal hairdresser. "Is it limit?"

「どうしてもＴＡＫＩさんにエクステつけて欲しくて、コンビニで一生懸命バイトしてお金貯めました！」

３万円握りしめた女子高生の笑顔を見て、涙が止まらなかった。

「僕を必要としているお客様がいるかぎり諦めない！」

そして帰り際に女子高生がひとこと「ママもエクステしたがってたからＴＡＫＩさん紹介するね！」

ママもエクステ？…そうか、おとなもエクステしてみたいんだ！

『おとなのエクステ・プロデューサー』誕生の瞬間だった！







I got hint from words of high school girl. 




One day, one of high school girl student came to my salon and she said " I really want you to do hair extension. So I worked part time at convenience store and saved 30,000yen." she said with a smile and I can't stop crying. I thought " I'm not going to give up because somebody needs me! And at the end, that school girl said, " My mom wants to try hair extension. So I introduce you." 

I thought "Mom wants to try hair extension? Oh I realized adult people wants to try hair extension! The next instant, "The dawn of the hair extension specialist for adult people."










【そして現在…】




己のエクステ技術を徹底的に鍛えに鍛え、磨きに磨き、

試行錯誤を繰り返し、泥沼の中でのた打ちまわり、

ついに「エクステをつけてから外すまで、責任を持って綺麗に保つTAKIオリジナル・メソッド」が出来上がった！




日本を代表する有名女優の方までお客様でいらっしゃっていただけた。







The present day. 




I progressed and practiced thoroughly. I've tried by trial and error and felt like tumble in mud.

And at last, I made "How to keep beautiful extension hair from on until off method".

And also,some of Japanese famous actresses chose my method.










以前のお客様の層は「ファッションとしてロングヘアーを楽しみたい」という方が大半だったが、

一年ほど前から「脱毛された方」がとても増えてきた。







In the old days, most of my customers just want to enjoy long hairstyle.But about a years ago, my new customers are changing little by little.It's increasing suffer from alopecia people.










特に抗がん剤の副作用で脱毛された方は、

「命にかかわる病状」と「女性の命とも言われる大切な髪の脱毛」を経験され、その悲しみ、苦しみは想像を絶するもの。




Especially alopecia from anticancer drug's side effect people.

They have experience serious condition,alopecia. I can't imagine their sorrow and pain.







脱毛された方は、高額な「医療用」ウイッグを被ることになる。

確かにウイッグでも脱毛を隠すことは出来る。







Surely wig can cover alopecia.

But medical wig is very expensive.










でも…

ウイッグは夏の暑さの中でも人前で外すことは出来ない。

頭が痒くても、人前でウイッグを外して頭を掻くことも出来ない。

楽しいはずの温泉旅行も、ウイッグを外すことを考えると楽しめない。




But you can't take wig off in front of people, high temperature in summer. Also when you itch your head.If you go on a trip to hot springs.You can't enjoy when you think "want to take wig off"










それがエクステなら、

高額な医療用ウイッグのように何十万円もしない！

自分の髪と同じように扱えますから、温泉旅行も楽しめる！







But extension hair's cost is very low. It's not expensive like medical 

wig. You can enjoy if you go hot springs because you can use like your real hair.










僕の知る限り、調べた限り、聞いた限り、

「脱毛された方のためのエクステ」という看板を掲げているサロンを私は知らない。

「医療用ウイッグ」はあっても、「医療用エクステ」はない。

でも、脱毛で悩む女性は世界中にいるはず！

もし、世界中にこのエクステの技術を待ち望んでいる方がいらっしゃるなら、

Insofar as I can tell, I don't never see signboard for "Salon for alopecia" I know medical wig but I've never seen medical extension hair. I think There are too many women that have trouble with alopecia.




If somebody is waiting my skill, if somebody will be happy, I have to diffuse these technique to the whole world. It's my mission.

I made "Association of world of hair extension"and I determined to diffuse my high quality technique "How to attach natural extension hair for alopecia people"










「支援活動」として、海外のストリート・チルドレンにも技術と仕事の喜びを伝えて活躍できる人材に育成したい、という構想もある！







And I am thinking teach my skill to oversea's street children for support movement .
